For Products:

1.0 Orders once processed cannot be cancelled or returned; so, customers are requested to be sure with their “selection & purchase.”

2.0 All defective or damaged items will be replaced with a new piece.

3.1 If you have receive a defective or damaged product, please create a ticket at helpdesk within 48 hours of delivery. It is advisable to attach pictures of the damage or defect.

3.2 If we are unable to provide a replacement, we shall issue a refund. Any Return request received after 48 hours of delivery will be deemed to be invalid.

5.1 In rare case, if an item in an order is “out of stock,” the customer will be contacted regarding the requirement of the other items in the order and the order will be processed accordingly.

5.2 If the other items are still required, the “out of stock item” will be removed from the order and a refund will be issued for the same.

5.3 If the customer cannot be contacted or does not require the other items in the order, we shall issue a full refund.

6.0 All refunds will take 3-10 days to get processed & settled.

7.0 All Branded Items will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty/ guarantee. But for imported or non-branded products there will be no warranty or guarantee.

 

 

For Services:

 

1.0 Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or returned; so, customers are requested to be sure with their “selection & purchase.”

2.0 There is no cancellation, return or refund for services.

3.1 In a rare case, if any service provided to you is not up to your expectation, please create a ticket at helpdesk and we will fix/ re-fix the issue within the warranty period.

4.1 All services provided by us will have a warranty of 15 days. However, issues arising due to mishandling or manual damage will invalidate this warranty.

4.2 In case of repair & troubleshooting, warranty will not apply to new or unrelated issues.
